Script
I and my Father are one. He that hath seen Me hath seen the Father. John 10:30, 14:9.
I came forth from the Father, and Am come into the world;
Not that any man hath seen the Father, save He which is of God, He hath seen the Father. John 16:28, 6:46
The only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, He hath declared him.
I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 1:18, 14:6
In the light of the Cross of Calvary we see the true Divine Character.
Mercy, tenderness and forgiveness blends with fairness and justice.
Thus we comprehend the significance of that adorable title – our Father.
In this was manifested the love of God toward us,
because that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 1 John 4:9
Thus the attributes of God were made known through Jesus’:
- Resurrection and ascension.
- Ministry.
- Suffering and crucifixion.
We all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord,
are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. 2 Corinthians 3:18
